1973 - Jordan Kioupelis founds the company ILEKPA
1984 - The first radiator panels are launched
1986 - The first solar water heater tanks are built
1996 - Collaboration with Siemens Landis & Staefa District heating domestic substation
1997 - The first copper collectors are manufactured
2005 - Inauguration of new privately-owned industrial facilities
2011- Absorption of the old company and renaming under Venman SA
2012 - Establishment of Venman Tech Company
2014 - Establishment of a new production facility for solar thermal systems
